Apart from acquisition of academic knowledge, children should also equip themselves with other life skills, such as Self-Care skills, Communicative skills etc. so as to adapt them to the society.

Factual knowledge obtained through stereo type text book teaching or routine-learning is only superficial. These teaching methods will only curb the creativity and cognitive thinking of children and do not guarantee that children can remember and make use of the knowledge acquired.

Children should be educated in a natural and pleasant environment, and through various activities and life experiences that children attain a balanced development in different aspects.

Under this system, the curriculum is divided into small units, each with a group of Self Learning Materials (SLM) comprising attractively designed study cards for English, Maths, Science and Social Science.

Study time is an intrinsic part every successful student’s schedule. Study hours are conducted in the presence of subject expert and mentor. The students will have an opportunity to study in a completely distraction-free environment, In an atmosphere that is calm and focused on learning.

Students will achieve the given task in the subjects, taught in the regular classes, students are comfortably settled in a class room where they do their projects; revise their lessons and get benefit from individual assistance. As a result, they are free from bag burden here. They don’t need tuitions outside and no more struggling with home work.

A study hour report is prepared by the school, to analyze the individual performance of the child. At the end of the session a work sheet is given to all the children, which helps in the day-to-day assessment of their academic activity.

The importance of English language cannot be overemphasized. Comfort with English is almost a pre- requisite for success in the world today. There is quick fix when it comes to improving our command over language. It always requires lot of time and effort.

• In MASTERMIND… To develop communications skills and to encourage English learning ‘SPEAKING SQUADS’ are formed among the students.
• The members of language council are selected based on a screening test and changed every term depending on their performance.
• ‘SPEAKING SQUAD members’ ensure that language discipline is maintained in the school premises.
• “Language Festivals” are conducted, to create awareness in the students, which include various language activities like—elocution, debate description story telling, recitations etc.

Our teaching style is friendly and supportive. But this doesn't mean we skimp on academic standards. Our academic standards meet or exceed national curriculum standards in all subject areas.

The Mastermind School’s curriculum pays great emphasis on core subject areas of English, EVS, and Math with lot of activity integration to the core learning. Children also learn languages like Telugu and Hindi along with English.

A micro-Schedule is given to all the teachers and students well in advance which ensures the perfect implementation of MASTERMINDS system of education.

Through playful activities, counting games, shapes, patterns, and sticker-based tasks, children develop early math concepts like numbers, sequencing, measurement, and comparisons—building a strong foundation in numeracy with confidence and joy.

Everyone knows that our present school system, in general is giving our kids the book reading, writing, arithmetic and science skills needed to be competitive in the high tech work force of upcoming generation.
